As a vendor do I have to sell ONLY Bowman?
- No. The idea is to be a Bowman card show and we want it to be as prospect-focused as possible, but if you have Topps Chrome RC autographs and things of that sort we have no issues with you having those in your case, but try to keep it baseball only!
Is the show itself only one day?
- Yes. Since it's our inaugural event and we're uncertain about the number of people who will attend, it did not make sense to book a venue for multiple days. That's why we're mixing in a trade/rip night of some kind (details will come later) for the Friday before, March 19th. If we are able to grow the event in year two we will definitely look into making it a multi-day show.
What are the differences between the two different vendor tables and advertiser booths?
- Regular vendor tables are just that, the Preferred vendor tables will be limited to 10 spots but will be the first ones that you see when you walk in the door. Advertiser booths will have 2 tables + a dividing wall (optional), perfect for anyone wanting to advertise their business, live stream, podcast, etc. at the show.
If I purchase a t-shirt when will I receive it?
- When you checkout it will give you two shipping options, pick your shirts up at the show for free or have them shipped to you. Please note that because the shirts won't be printed until orders are finished and sponsorship names/logo are received, all shipped shirts will go out around February 2027.
I'm purchasing a sponsorship package, how soon do you need my name/logo?
- The sooner the better! After purchasing a sponsorship spot feel free to send your name/logo that you'll want printed on the Bowmania banner and/or t-shirt to bob@prospect-analytics.com . Since we will need to time to create the graphic of all the sponsors, plus have the banner and shirts printed, all sponsorship logos must be in by December 31, 2026.
What's the easiest way to get to the venue if I'm flying in from out of state?
- Luckily there are two airports conveniently located not far from our venue. The closest one is the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) which is less than 3 miles away from the hotel. Since that is a smaller airport it may be easier to fly into Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is about a 15 minute drive from the venue.
Are there options for vendors traveling from out of state who don't want to fly with display cases?
- Yes. We have spoken with a local vendor who has about 50 Zion display cases that he is willing to rent out at $50/each. If you would like to rent a display case for the event please email Bob (bob@prospect-analytics.com) to reserve one.
For those who want to attend games, how close are we to MLB facilities?
- Our fingers are crossed that the lockout won't affect the start of Spring Training but in case it does we purposely scheduled our event the same weekend as the Spring Breakout games in hopes that a few of them will be played nearby. Here are the teams whose Spring Training facilities are closest to the venue.
- Phillies (9.3 miles) - 17 minute drive
- Yankees (13.3 miles) - 20 minute drive
- Blue Jays (15.1 miles) - 25 minute drive
